COMBINABLE CONFERENCE ROOMS

We offer suitable conference and meeting rooms in Lübeck for groups of different sizes. Conference room I, located on the first floor of the event hall, offers 132 standing or 66 seated places. With parliamentary seating, 36 guests can be seated here, with tables in a U-shape 28 or with a banquet 24. In addition, you can invite 70 people here for a standing reception.

Conference Room II is located directly next to Conference Room I. With 118 standing and 60 seated guests with row seating, it is somewhat smaller. However, the numbers of possible visitors, either with parliamentary seating, with tables in a U-shape, or with a banquet are the same. For sufficient freedom of movement at a standing reception, however, only 65 guests should be invited here.

If you need more space, you can simply rent both meeting rooms: We'll open the wall between them and put them together, so you can host larger conferences and meetings. You can also reserve several meeting rooms for workshops and breakouts: This way, the participants inside can be split up for group work and come back together to present the results.
